After weeks of floating possible vice-presidential picks like pro football player Aaron Rogers, former governor Jesse Ventura, former members of congress Scott Brown and Tulsi Gabbard, and even motivational speaker Tony Robbins, Robert F Kennedy Jr. selected Nicole Shanahan.
MMW political reporter Jason Williams sat down with Shanahan for an exclusive interview that we are proud to present to you now:
Jason Williams: Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me, I’m sure you’ve had a lot of requests since Tuesday’s big announcement.
Nicole Shanahan: Thank you for having me. Honestly, I was surprised the news spread so quickly, but I’m excited to be here and talk about the future.
JW: Great, let’s get right into things. What is the biggest issue facing America?
NS: Good question. I would definitely say affordable housing. Even simple, three-bedroom ranches here in central California are going for $700,000 to $800,000, and they’re not even close to city center, but I have a plan for you and your family on how you can find just the right place for you.
JW: Interesting. Many Americans say the economy and inflation are their top concerns. How will you address those?
NS: I hear you, Jason, I know that everything is expensive, but the advantage of buying a home now is that you have equity. If property values rise, so does your equity! It really makes much more sense to buy now than to rent, and mortgage rates are still very low.
JW: It seems like you’ve thought a lot about this issue.
NS: It’s all I think about, Jason, finding the perfect home for you and your family.
JW: Obviously that’s a metaphor, right? You mean your administration’s policies would help people afford homes?
NS: No, Jason, I mean, I’ll find the perfect home for you and your family. I’ll be with you every step of the way. To learn more just visit my website NicoleSells.com
JW: Wait, you’re selling houses? Does RFK Jr. know about this?
NS: Who’s RFK Jr.?
JW: The presidential candidate.
NS: Oh, that kook who doesn’t believe in vaccines? Gross. What does he have to do with my business?
JW: Look, when I emailed you on Tuesday, I said I wanted to talk to you about the big announcement.
NS: Exactly, that’s the day I decided to leave Remax and start my own real estate firm –
Shanahan Realty Inc.
JW: You’ve got to be (expletive deleted) kidding me.
NS: You’re mad at me? Look, you called me (expletive deleted) saying you wanted to talk. It’s not my fault you’re terrible at your job.

OK, so, that was an interview with a Nicole Shanahan. Not the one is running for vice-president. That Nicole Shanahan is a lawyer, or something. If you want to know more about her you’ll have to read elsewhere, but if you want a great deal on a home in the greater Santa Maria or Lompoc metropolitan areas, please visit NicoleSells.com.
